| - My husband and I decided to save some money on flowers and buy them from a flower shop, and put them together on our own. We picked this particular shop and worked with Bithia (I believe that's how you spell her name). At first, she was so very helpful; she gave us opinions on how to throw the bouquets together, which flowers would work, timeframes in which we should purchase them, the whole 9. We placed the order with her for assorted stems, along with one corsage and four boutonnières. About a month later, the day before our wedding, i picked everything up. Once I got to my car I realized that, just looking at the boxes, a boutonnière was missing, so went back in and she threw one together for me quickly. Of course I was thankful and she said, 'just remember that for next time.' Ok. Fair enough. I paid for it, but I don't have time to be bothered by the comment. Well, turns out she actually screwed up the order worse than I had thought, because come wedding day, we have five boutonnières and no corsage. Of course, there was nothing that I could do at that point, and this wouldn't have bothered me if she hadn't acted like I owed her something when she fulfilled the order that I had actually placed with her to begin with. Not a great experience for us.
