  • SHADY!! SHADY!! SHADY!! The gym is somewhat decent, but the way they do business is horrible! I had to move back to California on short notice for personal reasons, wrote several emails regarding membership cancellation. I even tried calling their offices. No answer, no response. I finally was able to talk to a few friends who were PREVIOUS members, and they warned me that they NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THEIR PHONE, or ever responds to emails. So a couple months later, I was able to make it back to vegas and I dropped by to confirm my membership cancellation and ask why my credit card was still being charged. I explained that I moved back to CA, and tried to get a hold of them via email and phone...The owner had the nerve to tell me "We receive thousands of emails a day, we dont have time to go through each and every one". Can you believe that?!?! I was infuriated!! They dont have time to go through thousands of emails, but they are very quick to respond to new memberships...its obvious they do not have a problem ripping people off.... BEWARE!!
