  • Denise is no longer here. Told the girl at the front what I'd like for the groomer to do, pretty basic trim, nail grind, shorten the hair on his ears, done. He was ready maybe 4 hours later. I arrived to the front girls boyfriend just lingering around but no one that actually worked there. She finally came out and I paid before seeing him which stupidly included the tip. I probably would not have tipped as much had I seen him first. His ears were not cut, the overall grooming wasn't very good, no bandana like he usually received, and they didn't put his harness on correctly. Really? Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.
