This is not the place to let work on your car. I had an oil change, transmission flush, and they checked out my fuses and relays because my headlamps were not working. The transmission flush which I was told was 70.00 ended up being like 130.00. So they did reduce the charge to 99.00. But of course they had to add shop fees and labor to make the price back 130.00 the scam artists. But after I left I discovered that my a.c. was no longer working, turns out it only works on the maximum speed now which was not the case before I dropped my car off. I noticed when they told me the car was ready that they had the ac all the way up which was odd. I never did that. I took my car back Monday for them to check the ac and tell me that the blower resistor was bad now. They also tell me they were no where near that compnent. If you are working with fuses, relays, and electricity how is it not possible that you fryed that part. But sometime during this check the mechanic put my alarm system into valet mode. I got home and realized my alarm was not chirping when I armed and disarmed it. I tried for days then I decided to go back up and see if they could change the setting back. I did not purchase the alarm so had no idea how to change it. Well I ran into the same mechanic and he is smirking and grinning claiming that this is how my alarm worked. They argued with me and tried to tell me about how other cars work like I don't know how my alarm is supposed to work. Well I decided to go home and type in the keyfob fcc #. After an hour I figured out that the alarm was in valet mode. The alarm cannot go into valet mode by itself you have to intentionally push the valet button to change that setting. They are liars, have no problem lying in your face. They do not truly want to help people, they care more about that dollar. When I went up there asking him if he could change the setting back instead of grinning, smirking, and arguing he could have taken 2 mins to change it back. Wish I could rate negative stars.
