  • If I could give this place no stars, I would. First off, the owner runs this place like a sweat shop. You can clearly see that the techs are stressed out when the owner says something to them, to the point they look frightened by this guy. They were extremely busy, and I had my feet in the tub starting with hot scalding water, and after 30 minutes the water was cold. The tech takes a scrub block to the top of my toenails and scratches the skin. After that, she squirted acetone on the nails which burned my scratched skin. I had to tell her several times to go a little easier. Then comes the manicure. Well after the tech puts lotion on her hands to rub my arms, she tries to take my watch off that has a leather strap. I tried to tell her no, but low and behold, she ruined the band on my watch. Then I get home, and the polish on my right foot is dull, I think she forgot the topcoat I won't be back.
