  • I used them once before, last march (2015). Fixed my microwave, pretty easy and quick and it was after a horrific experience w/ his former employer, vegas appliance (worst ever). The problem is the fix only lasted 9 months. Same issue happened, but due to my own finances, I had to wait until now. I wanted to use him again, since he knew what the problem was. I contacted him last tuesday, set the appt for thursday. I rearranged my schedule to be available, and he was a no show. I reached out to him and he said, oh i can't come today, but i can come tomorrow, i said, well ok - set a time and that was that. So, friday, 20 min after he was supposed to be here, i texted and was like, so are you going to make it ? He called me shortly after and explained that he could not make it today. i said that this was poor conduct of business as you set the time up and i have to call you to find out you can't come, you should be reaching out to me first, well he stated that he is telling me now. I explained that this was the example of bad customer service and that i could be going with anyone, but i selected him. He said well then its your choice on what to do, i don't feel good. To be honest, he sounded a little messed up. Then he explained that he was not well. i said well if you are not well you should not be making appts. So i said when can you come, he said sunday, i explained that i have people coming over and that would not be acceptable, but this week i am free and that i was trying to help him out but that he needed to tell me when he was available so i could set my scheudle up. So monday was agreed on but not before i was explaining i was doing my best to work with him on this, to which he replied, if you were working with me on this then you would be available on sunday. I explained that he needed to watch it, because he is the business man i am hiring, and that him treating me this way was unacceptable. He also explained that he did go to doctor for his "illness" and that he would not take the medicine due to side effects. i explained that if he wants to do good business he better get well and quit making appt promises that he can't keep and affecting the customers and their life with us having to keep rearranging our schedules. Today he was supposed to come (april 11th 2016) at 8 am but i texted him at 830 am. finally he calls me and said i could not come at 8, to which i was super mad already and explained that i was not surprised and he could expect me to write a bad review on yelp and not get any referalls or another good word from me. to which he said well if you were going to be avaiable tomorrow, i was going to fix it for free. i explained that at this point i don't trust him to work on my microwave and he can keep his lame attempt and forget it at this point. It will be worth going to sears and dealing with a reputable company that is reliable and such. so disappointing...
