  • Poor Customer Service! I called and set-up an appointment. John never showed. I called him and he told me he was just running late and that he was on his way. Again John never showed!!! I ended up using Empire Garage Doors and I'm glad I did. A tip for John "a simple courtesy phone call goes a long way"!
