  • We had a crazy monsoon tonight, but it was taco Tuesday, so of course we have to go out in this terrible weather and get tacos. If you have lived in Arizona for a few years, then you know that the heat destroys your car battery in 2 years. I went out to the car after getting tacos and the battery had decided that tonight was the night it had reached its lifespan. Trying to get a jump in the pouring rain is not easy, I finally did. ( Thank you dear friend Todd) As soon as the car was running, I was going straight to Autozone. From the second I walked in the store, I was greeted by a very friendly Brett, I told him I thought the battery was fried, he said, lets test it first and go from there. He got the tester and went out and confirmed that it in fact the battery was toast. He explained the difference between the different battery warranties and then I had him grab the 5 year battery. It was still raining and I was thinking to myself, this is not going to be fun replacing the battery, which is something that I have never done. Charles offered to install it for me, in the rain , mind you. Both Charles and Brett were awesome, they both made a bad situation actually pretty pleasnat and hassle free. Thanks Guys! 5 Stars for you both.
