  • You get a different experience every time. I go every week to pick up supplies for my job. One particular manager seems to not care for customer service at all seemingly giving me an attitude every time. I was told I had to many items in my cart (???) and I had to remove them all onto the conveyor even though I had big bulky items. She also told the cashier checking me out to make sure to check everything between the stacks and under it, as if I were trying to steal from them. Trust me I go to sam's only as my job requires me, not to steal. Cashiers are mostly nice and helpful though and I appreciate all the help whenever I have to lift heavy items alone.
