  • I wanted my hair brown and red. I was very specific, no bleach. She bleached my hair and I walked out resembling a clown. Less than one week later my hair was orange and rusty copper. Completely unacceptable. I've tried calling to speak to the owner and I keep getting passed around with no call back. I had to pay $275 for service I did not want even after saying I didn't want bleach. Terrible. I'd s I have called the salon several times to speak to the owner. He tells his staff to say he isn't there. I will not discuss this matter in email. It will be over the phone or in person. I want my money back!!!
