rev:text	The staff is friendly, the place is clean, but that's about all I will give them. My prescription was written on a Wednesday and I got to the pharmacy a few minutes after they closed, OK, no problem. This is the only pharmacy that does compounded scripts in Las Vegas, so I had no choice. I went in the next day and I was told it would take 24 hours and they still had to verify with the doctor because it was a pain-sedative mix, again, no problem, I already endured almost 2 days of excruciating pain, what's one more, relief was nearby. I told them to call my Doctor THAT day because he is closed on Fridays and went home. The next day (Friday) they called and said I'd have to wait until Monday because they couldn't reach the doctor because his office was closed. Now, day 3, still no medication for the pain. I called them on that Friday and told them to please cancel the prescription because by the time they fill it, I will no longer need it for the pain, and I had my doctor call in a script that didn't need compounding. I have received several texts that my script is ready for pick-up, I don't need a strong pain killer sedative anymore, so they can just toss it. The listening skills of the staff is less than to be desired, 1) I ASKED YOU TO VERIFY THE SCRIPT THAT DAY SO THAT IT WOULD BE READY THE NEXT DAY, NOT AFTER THE WEEKEND WAS OVER! 2) I CALLED AND CANCELLED, HAD TO VERIFY MY BIRTHDAY, NAME, & MAILING ADDRESS AND THE SCRIPT WAS FILLED ANYWAY???? I will never go back to this pharmacy or recommend it to anyone, EVER.
