  • I actually found An Immaculate Touch (AIT) on Craigslist when the housekeeper I had been using for years decided to hang it up. After calling two other housekeeping services, AIT was the most responsive, most competitive and seemed to want my business the most. Cindy assigned Melissa to clean my home and she's been my housekeeper for the last 3 years. She is prompt and thorough and I've never had anything broken or stolen (goes without saying). If there are any scheduling changes (rare), Cindy always calls way in advance to make scheduling adjustments and is always willing to accommodate if I need to make a scheduling change. I'm very pleased with AIT and Melissa and would recommend AIT to anyone looking for quality, reliable housekeeping services.
