  • Outstanding in every way. If you are getting new heating and cooling systems installed, you need the right size and installation. To get the right size you need load calculations performed on your home or business place. I got bids from approximately 6 potential suppliers. Sun Country was one of only 2 that performed the load calculation. They recommended 3 options and gave me great explanations about each without ever pressuring me to buy. I chose the middle option. They showed up on time as agreed. But the condensers I had selected were not immediately available for installation. So Sun Country brought the next better model to install. They gave me the upgrade at no additional charge! The crew that did the work included a co-owner Ray. They worked hard, efficiently, and obviously enjoyed doing the work. When they were done, everything looked great and my house is now nicely warmed. They also agreed to return in the Spring to make sure the a/c is working as it should. Bravo Sun Country!
