  • Wal-Mart is getting worse and worse. Why the customer service lady thinks she has a right to talk down to me and judge me I don't know, but her job is to complete my return and tell me what she can do for me not tell me what I should and shouldn't do. It made me so mad, I didn't even finish my return. Sorry Wal-Mart but this is why you have such a ghetto reputation.
