  • Update: Just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership literally yesterday. Again, my sales person, Clark Smith, was absolutely on point. I am a serious, qualified buyer and was treated absolutely as such. This dealership goes out of their way for their customers, period. Still surprised at the low star ratings i'm reading about this dealership.... I wonder if some of the other reviewers have actually had *real* negative experiences with other car dealerships....... I am honestly surprised at some of the low-star reviews that I am reading - especially those that are complaining of discrimination, specifically reviews mentioning race. Anyhow, I am a female under the age of 30 and I was given nothing less than VIP treatment here. I purchased a brand new A6 and my salesman, Clark Smith, was an absolute rock star throughout the entire process. He gave me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with little to no pressure whatsoever. Heck, even the finance manager was a total doll. The dealership itself is clean, their inventory is decent, and they were beyond accommodating to me. I have yet to utilize their service department but will update this review when I do. I feel that if you walk into a dealership with your finances in order, a good credit score, and are ready to BUY - not look - you'll also be treated very well here. Come on - every car salesman knows a lookie-loo when they see one. I'm left wondering if some of the other reviewers perhaps were not serious buyers...? Who knows. Maybe I just happened to have that one random good experience - but I doubt it. As for the service department, they truly go above and beyond in every single way. I would never let anyone else touch my car, and they will absolutely do anything to make sure you are happy. Fantastic!
