  • Poor service! I ordered a drink that I found disgusting and only had one sip. The server never checked in and dropped a check right next to an untouched drink. $15 for one sip and poor service? This is NOT at an Andaz level. I am a disappointed patron who is quite loyal to Hyatt. This bar is not at Hyatt standards. Locals, pass. Guests, lower your service expectations and check out Blanco down the drive.
