  • Lost my order. "Hey mam, I gotta catch my flight. How long will it be?" She's deer in the headlights, but assures me they'll make me a new $14 chicken wrap ASAP. So I foolishly wait & wait... and it finally arrives: stone cold, and with FAKE grill marks. Manager totally ignores the situation right in front him. Will avoid Cowboy Ciao forever, and calling health dept tomorrow. Suggest you go elsewhere too... PS - Madeleine French Cafe next door had a super quick (and tasty!) grilled ham & cheese sandwich for 1/2 the cost that a scarfed-up as I was running to my gate.
