  • Did not work for me. I rented an inside climate controlled unit for what seemed like a reasonable rate. When I attempted to move in I realized after searching for roughly 30 minutes that they had zero carts to utilize in order for me to transfer my items back to the unit. I called the staff member and she informed me that they have 4 or 5 carts thus I searched again without finding a cart. Ends up they have one cart which was confirmed by their staff the next day, but it was in use by a couple and they indicated they would be finished in another 2 hours. I ended up canceling the unit the following day after spending several hours with nothing accomplished other than paying for a unit for a month that I can't use. The staff is friendly and the climate controlled unit could be a value if you have your own cart or hand truck to transfer your items to the unit which could be back in the building quite a ways or up the elevator.
