  • They assured me that I would qualify for a low deposit, then came back with the highest possible deposit required. No big deal, I'll just go somewhere else. Except, they told me I could "hold" my chosen apartment for a $200 fee, but I can't seem to get them to send me a refund when I decided to live elsewhere. It's been over two weeks and no one will give me my refund or return my calls or respond to my emails. I just want my $200 back.
