  • Went in to get parts to repair a washing machine that was leaking. What an education !!! I purchased the parts that I thought was needed to do the job. I live about 30 miles from APC and didn't really want to return so I bought every part that could possibly cause the problem. Dr. Don is great !!! He was very patient in explaining to me the possible things that would cause leaking. Starting with the most common problem, he went through everything that could be the cause. The very first thing he said; "the most common problem" was IT !!! How cool is that !!! I returned All of the parts except the water evacuation tube (the problem) for a no hassle refund. I would highly recommend APC for helping take care of your appliance problem. Did I mention? They have the largest stock of repair parts in Las Vegas. Big Big Thanks Dr. Don
