My diminished rating should not signal that I will not use Yes! again, for on the contrary, their professional demeanor, their knowledgable team and friendly staff would absolutely be cause for me to use them again. Yes! is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. After recently having a water heater installed by Yes! and having two days of some challenges with a leak and repair (that was Yes!'s fault and was remedied in a professional and prompt manner), an after hours customer service rep and his inability to show a touch of compassion and gratefullness for my businss caused them to loose a star in my Yelp life. As is the case in life, one bad apple can often spoil the whole lot. For the service techs of David C, Jayson P and Chris H were all great and I felt in good care. The guy on the phone was non-concerned with my flooding garage at 10PM at night.
