  • usually receive 5 star service at this location, but tonight I witnessed a staff member mistreat a coworker in front of a big line of customers. It made everyone there feel uncomfortable. The girl working (she has light hair & hicky's all over her neck) snapped at trainee very loudly and embarrassed him in front of us. I was so upset (I really felt bad for her coworker) I asked for her name. Layla was the rude staff member unable to contain her emotions while paying customers are a witness to it. I understand people have bad days but they don't have to bring it to work and be unprofessional.
