  • Buyer beware. Lori was wonderful when signing up for insurance and spent a great amount of time with me but when it came time to file a claim she dodged every call from me. People in her office would answer and you could hear her in the back say she would call me back. This happened for months until I finally wised up and hired a lawyer. Insurance is no good if your agent is not on your side. Like a poor neighbor lori plotner is not there.
