Well we tried to give Macy's a second chance, first they only displayed one blender or you have to buy a Ninja at a couple of hundred dollars. Sales associates did even ask if they could help. So we went down to the first floor walked around the handbags and fragrances and not one associate even acknowledged us. The lady in the costume jewelry department was bitting her fingernails. The only positive interaction was with the AP associates as we were walking out the door. It's sad that these people look so miserable. We will never shop there again. It's worth the drive to go into town and visit the Macy's at the Boulevard Mall, associates are more friendly and cheerful.
