  • This is one of the worst ones in the Phoenix area. I have had problems in the past with slow service no help within the store. Thus last experience was horrible. Went in on a Saturday for a recall on some trailer tires. I asked the worker about the recall and if they had any in stock. She looked for a brief moment came out and said no. I asked if she new of any stores and could call. She said her manger said no one in Phoenix has any and don't know when they are expecting any. So I walked out to my vehicle and called the first one to pop up on google. Asked if they had any and the lady put me on hold, came back and said yes. We have 12 in stock. Went to the HF off of 35th and Bethany Homes. I'll shop at the one for mow on. Not busy with snow birds and they have friendly staff. I will no longer be a customer at the Bell Ave one.
