  • I reserved the presidential resort suite for 2 nights and it was all bad. For the price I paid there was no excuse for some things. Small details like the dollar store toilet paper to the inattentive front desk when we called down felt like an insult. I try to get nice rooms specifically for a nice view and nice bathtub for my wife. Well the view was nice but the we couldn't figure out the curtains since they were two stories and we figured they were electric. We called down to the front desk they said they'd have someone come right up we were starving but we waited which turned out to be a mistake since the guy never showed up. So we came back from dinner we decided to check out the bath to our total disappointment it only had cold water..... in a jacuzzi tub? Cold water ?? The bed was nice and the valet guys were amazing other than that it was a total bust, never coming back
