  • If I could give a zero I would because that is how poor the service is at this specific Starbucks. How sad being that I am a frequent Starbucks drinker and I was so excited to see a Starbucks in my hotel while I was on vacation. I was so disappointed. Not only was ordering my drink difficult because I was told they didn't have that kind of drink(carmel frap with no caffeine) but the worker went out of her way to tell me this Starbucks is owned by the hotel/casino. Well Treasure Island and Starbucks get it together because this is not good. The drink was gross never will I go here again.
