  • My wife and I chose Arizona Blinds because we had a good experience during our initial dealings with them in selecting the style of shutters we wanted. And their price quote was also good. We experience a lack of communication in the time between order and installation that was very frustrating. AZ Blinds was about a month behind from their estimated delivery date and failed to communicate that to us until a few days prior to our expected installation. We have since resolved this issue and our shutters were installed and look amazing! Other than the delay and communication problems we experienced, the product is perfect. The installers did a very professional job hanging the shutters on my brick walls. The louvers work perfectly and are not too loose or too tight. It's an amazing difference compared to the old vertical blinds we had.
