  • I visited Health Works with a Living Social certificate. Although I was running late because of another appoiintment, when I called to explain, they were very willing to work with me and I was still able to attend my appointment. Once there, the technician was very friendly and informative - he has a teaching mentality which is very nice but that also meant it took a while before I was hooked up and ready to go. Additionally, there were a couple of times that because he was working out front alone, I had to ring a couple of times before I got assistance. Not a huge deal but that is what ultimately led to my 3-star rating.
