I will be recommending Marshall's to all of my friends in the future. My wife had some work done on her car and the mechanic was extremely honest with her and upfront about the costs. Instead of pushing her to commit to work that was not needed, he was very honest that the cost of the repair was not necessarily worth fixing the inconvenience. This was good, however another issue did come up after this that was the result of an honest mistake and it was the way that this was resolved that led me to writing this review. I am not going to get into the issue because that is really not as important as how the shop went WAY out of its way to make things right. Pat (I am not sure if he is a manager or employee) helped us out and completely made things better. He listened to our frustrations and completely made things right. I have worked in management before and I would be thrilled if I ever had an employee like Pat representing my staff. He was friendly and understanding and clearly had our best interests at heart. While sitting in the front office I saw a number of awards for customer service and "honest awards". Usually when I see this I think that the award is either fake or like a participation award, but in this case they are clearly well deserved. I really cannot say enough good things about how we were treated and how Pat and the shop went out of their way to make things right. In the future we will continue to go to Marshall's and we will be sure to recommend it to friends and family.
