  • So I come here pretty often and I usually don't have a problem. But I must say with Thanksgiving week being the case I was hoping to get better service this week. Came in to get a Starbucks and something for my 5 year old to eat real quick. Went to the deli and asked for a sample of the macaroni salad from a Patricia , who I had never seen before . (And I come here regularly) Unfortunately my daughters picky, they put it in one of the small sample cups. However my daughter tried to eat it out of the cup, it wasn't easy. I asked for a spoon and she said they were out. She already seemed pretty bothered after asking for a sample and a spoon. I went to ask a question , "is there a smaller ""NOPE" I was interrupted before I could even finish my sentence. So rude. And for no reason. I was in such a good mood before I encountered this person. I think I'll be doing any thanksgiving shopping I have at Smiths.
