  • We hired Steam King to clean our ac vents and dryer vent. It cost us way more than expected. We had purchased an older home and the vents were very bad. They did a great job on the ac vents, however, we did not move in for a few months as the house needed other work to make it ready to move in. We went to wash clothes and right off the bat, the dryer was taking 3 hours to dry the clothes. Dryer worked fine st our last house. I did some troubleshooting and found the dryer vent was clogged. (That was cleaned 2 months prior) called them and they said it was not warranted as it was past 60 days even though we had not tried it. We had to argue with them to come fix it free of charge, otherwise I would give a better review. The vent was fully clogged in two locations, even though we had paid for them to clean it. In the end they came and cleaned it and everything works great, but they should stand behind their work better.
