Worst location I have been to. I went in and got a slot which they told me would be 45 minutes and that they would text me to let me know my appointment was up. I walked around the area windowshopping and came back to Apple to charge my phone. In the meantime I received three text messages that pushed my wait time over two additional hours. When I asked the man to speak to a supervisor he said it was him so I asked his title and he stuttered and said he works in this area. He told me there was nothing he could do about the wait time and that I should check another store. Needless to say I'll be happy to move from apple products and its lack of good customer service. I wouldn't go here if you have any other plans for the day, and in my case, work!
