  • I've been going here about a year and a half. On one hand, they seem really sales oriented. They definitely want you to buy glasses and sunglasses even if you primarily wear contacts, and have a dedicated person to help you pick frames out. They don't have that big of a selection though, and they are expensive. They try to get you to buy a years worth of contacts at once stressing that they will give you a years supply of contact solution for free. Well, they only give you the little travel size bottles, and only 2 at a time, so it's not really worth driving there all the time to get it when you run out. The reception girls are trained to ask you every single freaking time if you know someone you can recommend to them, which is annoying. On the other hand, the doctor is really good. They take time with you and I usually don't have to wait too long for my appointment. I can call the day before and usually get in too if I need to. The last 2 times I was having problems with my contacts and was worried I would be charged for an office visit both times but never was.
