  • I've never been more disappointed in this zia store than I was tonight. I brought in a good amount of movies to trade in and walked around the store for an HOUR waiting for the guy working on my trade to call me up. I finally went over to the counter and asked him about my trade to have it magically be ready now as he's working on another trade! And they only took 12-15 movies out of the 30-40 that I brought! To clarify I am not upset about the amount of movies they took for trade. I totally understand that on the movies they didn't take they had enough copies in store and didn't need any more. What I'm upset about is I wasted an hour walking around the store without any kind of update. Even a simple "hey I'm a little backed up right now, it'll just be a little longer," would have sufficed. I'm upset because that was the worst customer service there I've ever had. I did this same kind of trade on Sunday with about the same amount of movies and was in and out within 30 minutes. Tonight was completely ridiculous! I have always loved going to Zia and will continue to go, but I'm never coming back to this store unless I'm desperate. From now the Zia records on thunderbird rd will receive all my business.
