  • Made a special trip to see the workshop. It was interesting, but not worth the $5. I found it really annoying that Rick was there, looked at the tour group, but he didn't come say hello or even return a wave. It wouldn't have taken very long, but would have been a really nice gesture. He seemed very stand offish, unlike the owners of a few other famous shops who were really friendly. Overall, I was unimpressed.
