  • I hired Renters Warehouse in March of 2015 to manage 2 of my properties. The rental placement team was amazing but if you need a management ream, look elsewhere. There is multiple communications issues within the office, little or no follow up on maintenance performed and very poor administrative processes for the owner. Will be switching to another management team this month. I tried giving them time just thinking because it was new properties for them, but they lacked to improve at all, actually got worse.
