| - Julian Serrano Tapas is a Spanish tapas restaurant that offers small plates and paellas in ARIA.
For drinks, we wanted a pitcher of sangria but wasn't sure which one so they provided us samples of each. After sampling them, we decided getting a Pitcher of Muscat Sangria, which consisted muscat wine, apples, peaches, grapes, and golden raisins. It was light, sweet, and refreshing but strong at the bottom.
Since we wanted to eat light, we shared four tapas and a large paella. The Fried Calamari consisted of lightly breaded calamari rings and tentacles topped with jalapeno and bell peppers and served with spicy tomato sauce and herb garnished garlic aioli. The Pan Manchego consisted of country baguette topped with diced fresh tomato and a slice of aged manchego cheese. The Spanish Chicken Croquettes consisted of panko breaded croquettes filled with shredded chicken and béchamel and served with lemon-pepper alioli. The Lobster Salad consisted of country baguette topped with avocado, tomatoes, corn, and lobster and served with baby greens salad. The Mixta Paella consisted of saffron flavored long grain rice cooked with lobster, mussels, shrimp, chicken, spanish pork chorizo, and vegetables.
By the end of our meal, we were too full to have dessert.
