My daughter cracked the screen on her Samsung Galaxy Ace2x and the touchscreen down the left side stopped working. We went to Wireless Wave, where we bought it less than a year ago, and were told it wasn't worth fixing and there were few/no options with the Bell contract we had. I googled a few repair places just to see if it was fixable (and worth doing), and landed on a lot of good reviews for Toronto Repair. Bonus that they are not too far from my workplace. I emailed them and Eddie got back to me right away with a price and time estimate. I went the next day, and was not disappointed. Eddie was very friendly, the phone was fixed within 40 minutes as promised and for the stated (great) price of only $60. He had to use a white face plate because he didn't have black, and was more concerned about it than I was. My daughter is just happy to have her phone working again and that she doesn't have to buy a new phone! Eddie also recommended we look for a TPU case to help prevent future damage. I had never heard of TPU before, so that was a great tip.
I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do, that's the first (only) place I'd go.
