  • I have been a Dillards customer for a long time and I must say today was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im new to Henderson from Reno and it was just awful. Nobody notices you and when they finally did I felt like an inconvenience not only that but I was shopping for hosiery for my new job and there were not many of the type I needed left and the lady helping actually took one of the ones I was gonna buy and told me she wanted them and was going to hide them for herself . Super disappointed. In my eyes a ghetto Dillards.....I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
