rev:text	This car dealership has to be one of the worst and professionalism and in customer service. This was the most rudest experience I've ever had at a car dealership without any sales person saying a word. Me and a friend of mine decided to go take a look at a Kia Niro and saw they were heavily discounted at Mark Kia. We drove into the parking lot and unusually not one sales person came out to greet us. There was no hello or how can I help you. Nothing. In fact there was about five sales people that passed us as we stood right outside in front of the showroom waiting for somebody to help us. No one did or even attempted to help us nor did they even attempt to even acknowledge our existence. I have never encountered such rudeness at any kind of business and this was the absolute worst at any car dealership I have ever been at. I can tell you from experience Earnhardt Kia on Bell Road Far surpasses Mark Kia on professionalism. Because as soon as you pull in the parking lot at Earnhardt Kia there is at least two or three sales people standing in front of the showroom on the patio waiting to help somebody as soon as they pull in. But they are not pushy either because they wait until you get out of your car and start walking towards the showroom and then they greet you with a hello how are you how can I help you? Which I find that very nice and very helpful without them being too pushy. I bought a couple of cars in the past from Earnhardt Kia and the experience I have had their is far superior compared to Mark Kia. Marquee is professionalism and customer service absolutely sucks balls and I'm being kind. I noticed more salespeople passing me and my friend and other sales people on their cell phone in the showroom instead of greeting us and trying to help us. I guess no one there is trying to sell a car or make money but to have fun acting like they are more into Social Club or in a bar trying to pick up people which is what I noticed of one sales person having a fun time with a scantily dressed young woman. It seems like they were flirting with each other more than something business-related. Plus when me and my friend were walking around a lot trying to find the Kira Niro's that I saw on the internet, I can only find only a portion of what they advertised on the internet. I normally don't write reviews about my experiences on businesses unless they are extraordinarily bad we're extraordinarily good. And this place was unbelievably extraordinary bad. I never thought that I would ever pull into a car dealership in the middle of the afternoon which was about 2 p.m. and not have one sales person in the entire showroom come out and at least say hi but what made it worse was when a few of the shells people that actually did come out of the showroom passed us by without even acknowledging we were even there. I thought I was on another planet cuz I never ever had that experience before where Shell's people at a car dealership would not even say hello to you when they saw you which is what happened here. As soon as we were about to leave after this unbelievable experience, I said to my friend loud enough let's get out of here I guess nobody wants to sell a car as a sales person who walk right by us which was about 10 ft in front of us while he was talking on his cell phone did nothing to acknowledge my statement. I am never coming back here and I'm going to do my best to tell anybody who wants to buy a Kia to never ever come to Mark Kia and to recommend them to go to Earnhardt Kia on Bell Road
