I was a college professor and the lack of instruction at this school is appalling. I went there for a pedicure and the student had no clue what she was doing. It was so bad I wonder if she's ever had a pedicure herself. She didn't know the difference between cuticle remover cream and massage oil - I helped her and pointed out she was using the wrong product. The instructor only looked at my feet before the student started the pedicure and never came by to help her/oversee her work on my feet. She didn't even know the basics of letting one foot soak while you work on the other foot, she didn't make any attempt to nip my cuticles until I insisted. She claimed they didn't need nipping but I haven't had a pedicure in months so obviously they need it, and she never cleaned under my nails. She showed me that the polish color I chose was too thick and wanted me to choose another. She didn't even know about thinning the polish! I told her to see if they had polish thinner and then I just decided to leave. I've never, ever walked out on a service before! So frustrating to me that students pay so much money for this school and get such horrible instruction! There is no standard of excellence at this school.
