  • I find that the service here is very slow and the wait times are a little bit longer then the boutique down at Bloor. Some of the employees here are very snobby, especially the older gentleman that works here. He's very rude and unprofessional. I came in not too long ago to get my chanel earrings repaired because the gemstones kept falling out. I had previously had them repaired last year as well. I have purchased these 1 1/2 years ago. I walked up to the gentleman asking him for help to do a repair and he snapped at me telling me to wait in line and that everyone is busy. I didnt come in with the intention of being serviced right away and was fully aware that it was a little bit busy then normal, which was fine. After a 30 min wait, a lady named Nene came to help me with my repair. I told her my situation and she was very knowledgeable and advised me that its better to not repair the earrings since it will most likely happen again. She offered me store credit and insisted that i pick out anything i'd like. She was a very sweet person and definetly very nice and professional.
