  • I went in a few weeks ago to take advantage of a lease offer. I called ahead of time regarding the offer at another dealership and was told they could match it, no problem. When I got there, the salesman started singing a different tune. He stared off immediately telling me that the deal I was figured at a different dealership was impossible and that they were doing something less shady. He then went on and on bad mouthing the other dealership and throwing out some pretty radical claims about them. When he quoted me the price, he tried to add cost and would not even honor his own dealerships advertised price. To top it off, he was telling me about the differences between the 2017 and 2017.5 Rogues and did not actually know all of the differences. I had to correct him on what was different. Car buying is a stressful process and being a woman means dealing with jerks who think that I'm dumb because I am not a man. This dealership was a waste of my time and I drove to the other dealership right after and bought my new car.
