  • A friend and I went to a wine tasting, and decided to do the responsible thing, and call a cab. It was 8:30 on a Friday night, and we called #TAXI and got Checker. We were told the cab would arrive in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later we call back, on hold for a further 15, and are told there was no cab ordered to that address, or by that name. So... apparently the first dispatcher just blew us off. The second dispatcher got us a cab in 5 minutes, and the driver was very nice, and polite. Unfortunately for them, I won't be calling again if their dispatchers are so unreliable.
