My family and I reserved a room here for a short weekend trip. We showed up to the hotel around 11 am, proceeded to check in and were told that our room
was not ready. No big deal. When we showed up later that night we were told that the hotel was over booked, they had given our room away and had no other rooms available. Their solution: put us up in a Fairfield Inn 15 miles away. Not only was our new room far outside the city, but our suite at the embassy was down graded to a room with two queens. Usually this would be annoying, but not a huge deal. This weekend however, we were traveling with our extended family, turning our nice weekend into an awkward nightmare. This experience suggested that the embassy has no respect for their customers. Do not stay here.
