  • WORST customer service of any Zara I have ever been to in the world. Found some men's shoes I liked but needed a different size. So I walked around the store for 10 minutes looking for help. First of all there seem to be no clerks in the men's department and the few employees on the floor were swamped in women's department. So I stood in cashier line for another 10 minutes just to ask for shoe sizes. The cashier barely glanced at me before eventually looking up on her phone if my size was available (of course it wasn't) and not so much as a "sorry, is there anything else I can help you with", etc. She didn't even offer to take away the wrong shoes from me, instead looking at my in silence as if to say "are you going to put away those shoes or what"? So I did a Peter Griffin and sulked away with wrong shoes in hand and placed where I found them. Incidentally the fitting area in men's section is a disaster of a mess with a mountain of untouched pile of clothes in a table, while rest of Area was dark and dingy and again no live employee to be found. Stay away from here.
