Okay so I come in with a friend today, and this sallys is set up completely different than the one we live by. So we're going around cause everything is scattered. We originally went in to kill time and the lady at the cashier (guessing Hispanic descent, dark hair and older) was just glaring.
We go in an aisle where another employee comes straight to us and blurts out "what are you doing?" We were confused and he (silver hair, high voice) asked to see our bags. We had nothing but our personal belongings and he just says "oh my coworker THOUGHT she saw something.." Then said to continue our shopping.
I thought that people handled shop lifters when they left the store not when they're still in it..but anyway I know I'm a younger person but this Hispanic woman had no right to glare us and give false accusations. My friend and I left shortly after cause the workers made us feel very uncomfortable. We were embarrassed in front of the whole store. She just continued to glare at everyone and us in the store. Sounds like their employees have attitude problems. Not happy with how they're employees handle things and their customer service..so I'm not returning and going back to the one on Stephanie (one of the best sallys around)
