  • Staff here provide great customer service, but the quality of their work is extremely poor. I've never been cut up so bad at a nail shop. While trimming my cuticles, the nail tech snipped deep on multiple nails. On one nail it actually started bleeding in the shop! When I told them it was bleeding, one of the nail techs put something on it. Whatever they put on it burned really bad. I currently have black spots around my cuticles on multiple fingers from where the cuts finally healed. I went with my friend and she got cut bad as well. We both had to put Neosporin on once we got home. I got my toes done and SNS dip nails. It was powder and crust all over my fingertips. When the nail tech seen me picking at it at the register she offered to clean them up further. They did my friend's eyebrows and they came out nice. I do not plan on going back.
