  • Called to ask if I had to make an appointment for an oil change. The guy asked me what type of car and immediately began to try to upswell me full synthetic oil. I mean at least answer my question Jeff. Wait until the customer gets there to upswell. Pushy right away. No Bueno. I remember when this place was good.
